I have done every diet you have ever heard of and more. I have lost so much weight, I should no longer be on this earth. If I had maintained my losses, you would not be able to see me period!
But you see, I have gained back the weight I lost and more! No matter what you do if you start eating regular food again, you will gain back the weight you lost. In addition you will probably gain extra pounds in the process. The only way to maintain your weight is to continue eating the way you ate to lose the weight. It must become a way of life for you. Otherwise you too will end up obese once more!
So you ask yourself, what must I do to keep the weight off? Here it is! Your list of what you must do if you want to be permanently thin!
* Exercise. Nothing helps you burn fat more than exercise does. I never believed this but it is true. You must listen to the experts and walk, walk, walk,or run, run, run!
* Eat healthy foods. Avoid fast food. Vegetables, fruits and salads with low fat or fat free salad dressing must be your diet. Actually, more than that, it must be your way of life. Throw all the other foods out. Get them out of your life and out of your kitchen. Out of sight, out of mind!
* Do not even think about French fries. Grab an apple instead.
* Hamburgers are out also. Just think of those grease covered hamburger patties, with their greasy buns and throw them away! You will have no grease in your life. You must not eat fried foods. You have to let it go!
* Forget anything that is remotely like sugar. Sugar makes your belly fat! You should be working on getting a thin flat belly, hips, and thighs. You cannot do it with sugar or any sugary drinks or foods. The sweetest thing you are going to have from now on is an apple! Just remember, an apple a day keeps the doctor away!
